Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using You Might Also Like ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

You Might Also Like is a cross-domain recommendation engine. You input something you enjoy, and the App suggests related items across different categories (movies, books, music, food, activities, etc.) using artificial intelligence.

User Accounts

The App does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. Subscription status is managed through your Apple ID.

Subscriptions

• Free tier: 3 recommendations per day.
• Premium: Unlimited recommendations, full history access.
• Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated systems to access the App's services.
• Submit content designed to manipulate or exploit the AI system.

AI-Generated Content

• Recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
• The App provides suggestions for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of any recommendation.
• We are not responsible for your experience with any recommended content, product, or service.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Melvin Morina. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melvin Morina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria.
